

We worked with Ocado to reframe its story, reimagining the business model to show how value is created across Technology Solutions, Logistics and Retail divisions. This reframing was underpinned by a new sustainability framework.
Through a collaborative ‘Cut the Clutter’ workshop, we streamlined the report’s messaging, removed duplication and reduced the report size by 50 pages, all while strengthening its clarity and impact.
The result is a concise, confident report that brings Ocado’s vision to life, reinforces its position as a technology leader and builds investor confidence in its long-term growth story.
