Having made the transition from online grocer to pioneering tech business, Ocado asked us to create a report that reflected this transformation – one that clearly communicates its complex business model while showcasing innovation, growth and strategic focus. Another goal was to streamline its report content, without losing substance.

We worked with Ocado to reframe its story, reimagining the business model to show how value is created across Technology Solutions, Logistics and Retail divisions. This reframing was underpinned by a new sustainability framework.

 

Through a collaborative ‘Cut the Clutter’ workshop, we streamlined the report’s messaging, removed duplication and reduced the report size by 50 pages, all while strengthening its clarity and impact.

 

The result is a concise, confident report that brings Ocado’s vision to life, reinforces its position as a technology leader and builds investor confidence in its long-term growth story.
