

The goal was to make sustainability progress easy to follow, communicate in a friendly, conversational tone, deepen disclosures and bring complex topics like the value chain to life in a visual way.
We introduced a traffic-light system to show what initiatives are on track, in progress or need improvement. We added probing questions to encourage candid disclosures and designed a clear value chain graphic to help stakeholders to see the full picture. Throughout, we maintained Domino’s approachable voice and ensured that the content was authentic, transparent and easy to engage with.
To deliver highlight information to audiences such as franchisees, employees and customers, we developed a highlights animation that was launched on social media.
