The challenge
Genuit Group has transformed in recent years, from its pipe manufacturing routes to a diverse portfolio of leading construction brands, focused on sustainable living.
Its website no longer reflected who they were, and we were tasked with creating a new digital presence for the Group.
Our objective was to create a dynamic site that showcases Genuit’s diverse family of brands as a unified group with a single purpose. It was also important the website connected with a wider group of audiences spanning customers, investors and employees.

Our approach
Thanks to our history with Genuit, we had a robust understanding of their business, industry, and audience. To enhance our insights for the website, we engaged with key stakeholders to uncover their digital communication goals and refine Genuit’s content strategy. By thoroughly exploring the sector, we were able to develop a distinctive narrative that resonated with Genuit's broader audience.
We developed a solution from the ground up, creating a new content architecture and design approach that tells Genuit's story through rich media and intuitive navigation, delivering an engaging user experience.
Building on the strong visual identity, we utilised purposeful videos, people-centred photography and refreshed language. We also introduced interactive elements like the ‘Genuit-world’ solutions illustration, story-led Business Unit pages and a dynamic Sustainability section.

With the new CMS platform and our ongoing digital support, content updates can be made quickly and easily, ensuring the site will continue to tell the Genuit story for years to come.
